Outstanding Service Award
Since 1976, New York Section's Outstanding Service Award has recognized its members who provide their time, leadership skills and dedicated service in promoting quality programs that contribute to the excellence of the Section. The annual award consists of an engraved ACS plaque that is presented at the New York Section-wide Conference in January.

Shown at left is Joseph Serafin, the 2023 Outstanding Service Award recipient.  Click here to learn more about him.
